Florin C\u00ee\u021bu insist\u0103 asupra elimin\u0103rii sporurilor bugetarilor. Premierul a declarat, luni, \u00eenainte de \u0219edin\u021ba PNL, c\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 doar sporurile legate de performan\u021b\u0103, men\u021bion\u00e2nd c\u0103 \u00een ultimii doi ani, cheltuielile cu salariile s-au dublat, dar el nu crede c\u0103 performan\u021ba s-a dublat.<\/p>\n

\u201eEu am spus c\u0103 \u00een continuare cred c\u0103 este nevoie de o reanalizare a Legii salariz\u0103rii \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Sporurile, ast\u0103zi, din acel 109 miliarde de lei, reprezint\u0103 aproape 26 de miliarde, deci e vorba de 25%. Din anvelopa salarial\u0103 pl\u0103tim acest spor anual. Problema este c\u0103 a\u0219 vrea ca aceste sporuri \u0219i salarizarea s\u0103 fie legate de performan\u021be. Am spus de fiecare dat\u0103, \u00een ultimii doi ani de zile am v\u0103zut c\u0103 cheltuielile cu salariile s-au dublat, au crescut de la 56 de miliarde la 109 miliarde, iar nu cred c\u0103 performan\u021ba \u00een sectorul public s-a dublat. A\u0219 vrea, de-acum \u00eencolo, s\u0103 avem o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103, clar\u0103, transparent\u0103, pentru cet\u0103\u021beni, pentru rom\u00e2nii care pl\u0103tesc taxe, care muncesc de diminea\u021b\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 seara s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 taxe, s\u0103 fie leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu performan\u021ba acelui sector public veniturile celor din sectorul public. \u0218i acest lucru \u00eel vom face anul acesta<\/em>\u201d, a afirmat C\u00e2\u021bu.<\/p>\n

Totodat\u0103, oficialul a precizat c\u0103 liderii coali\u021biei \u0219i-au asumat un deficit bugetar de 7.16, iar banii pentru autorit\u0103\u021bile locale vin din taxe \u0219i impozite.<\/p>\n

\u201e<\/em>Da, am discutat cu to\u021bi \u0219i cu liderii coali\u021biei, discut\u0103m \u0219i ast\u0103zi, nu exist\u0103 discu\u021bii. Liderii coali\u021biei \u0219i-au asumat un deficit bugetar de 7.16. Am prezentat acest buget public, am f\u0103cut aloc\u0103rile, vedem \u00een acest\u0103 dezbatere.(\u2026<\/em>) <\/em>\u00a0<\/em>Bugetelor autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale le revin 100% din veniturile pe care le \u00eencaseaz\u0103. Deci aici nu este nicio problem\u0103. Anul acesta, estim\u0103m c\u0103 vor \u00eencasa 2 miliarde de lei. (\u2026) \u00a0\u00cen acest an, sus\u021binem de la buget toate cheltuielile, \u00een special pe cele pentru centre pentru persoanele cu handicap \u0219i persoanele cu \u00eenso\u021bitor. 90% din buget vine de la bugetul de stat.\u00cen plus, sus\u021binem 100% bursa minim\u0103 de 100 de lei pentru elevi. Deci este un fake news s\u0103 spui s\u0103 bugetul autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale este mai mic\u201d, a mai spus C\u00ee\u021bu.(conf. jurnalist.ro)
